Chesterfield County Fair Association 2026 Horse Shows

For August show, register by completing the Show Entry Form. If mailed, it must be postmarked by Saturday, Aug. 22, 2026. If emailed, it must be emailed by Wednesday, Aug. 26, 2026. Pre-registration is not required but is preferred. All registrations must be received no later than Wednesday, Aug. 26, 2026, to receive discount on entry fees.

The Chesterfield County Fair is a nonprofit organization dedicated to celebrating everything that makes Chesterfield special by promoting agriculture, education and community entertainment in a family-friendly setting. We’re committed to creating a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone—fairgoers, vendors, and members of the CCFA Team alike. By attending the Chesterfield County Fair, you agree to abide by the Code of Conduct rules.

Age requirements for Chesterfield County Fair entry

Each day when the fair opens, anyone 17 years of age and younger will only be admitted when accompanied by a parent or chaperone who is at least 21 years of age. Read more details about the Age Requirements for Fair Entry.

Clear Bag Policy

To provide a safer environment for the public and significantly expedite fairgoers’ entry into fairgrounds, Chesterfield County Fair Association has implemented a clear bag policy that limits the size and type of bags that may be brought into fairgrounds. Exceptions to this policy will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection. Read more about the clear bag policy.

- Monday-Friday: 5 – 11 p.m.
- Friday, Sept 4: 11 a.m. - 11 p.m.
- Saturday-Sunday: 11 a.m. – 11 p.m.

Inclement Weather Policy

If weather forces closure of the Fair, those in attendance may get their hand stamped for re-entry to the fair that same day.
No refunds or re-admission for another day will be provided. The Chesterfield County Fair Association does not handle the midway rides and cannot provide refunds for them.
