Miss Chesterfield Pageant
Miss Chesterfield County is Brianna Bertovich and she is a Senior at Monacan High School. She is the daughter of Mark & Bonita Bertovich.
The Miss Chesterfield County Fair Pageant will be held in August during the County Fair Week. (exact date TBA) We hope each school will be represented. Our theme this year will be "Meet me at the Fair".
Each young lady who wishes to enter must be between the ages of 16-20 and must be a resident of Chesterfield County. She must have a "C" grade point average or above, interviewing skills and a platform she is willing to speak about in public. No talent will be required. The contestants will be judged on the basis of appearance, poise, interview, and speaking ability. The contestants will be asked to participate in some of the fair activities during County Fair Week.
Prizes:
Donated prizes will be given to all participants +
Winner: $300.00
First Place: $200.00
Second Place: $100.00
The winner of the pageant will be asked to represent Chesterfield County at the "Miss Virginia Association of Fairs Scholarship Pageant" held in January, 2009 in Portsmouth , Virginia.
We must have the application completed and returned no later that May 1, 2008.
